Aura Business raises the GST invoices, records the receipts and tracks what is outstanding, then exports that data for the accounting package your chartered accountant already uses, so nobody types the same invoice twice.

Almost every distributor in India has an accountant who works in Tally, and no software should ask them to stop. Aura Business does not try to become your books. It runs the operation, raises the GST documents that come out of that operation, and hands the resulting data to the accounting package through the Tally and accounting export module.
The split is deliberate. Quotations, sales orders, tax invoices, delivery challans, receipts, credit notes and the ageing of what customers owe belong with the operation that created them, because they are tied to stock, serial numbers, contracts and service visits. Ledgers, journals, the trial balance and statutory filing belong with your chartered accountant.
What the export removes is the keying that sits between the two. The invoice raised at despatch does not need to be typed again in the evening by somebody reading a printout.
Every business running operations in one place and accounts in another pays this cost quietly, every month.
Once when it is raised for the customer and again when it is entered into the accounting package.
A correction made in one system and not the other means the month closes with a difference nobody can explain.
Payments collected in the field reach the accounts desk days later, so outstanding is always stale.
GST returns are compiled from two sources, each of which has to be checked against the other.
Questions about a particular invoice mean a phone call to the despatch desk and a search through files.
Platforms that insist on replacing accounting fail because the CA will not move, and the project stalls.
A tax invoice is created from the sales order with gapless numbering and the correct CGST, SGST or IGST split.
IRN and QR are generated with the invoice, and the e-way bill accompanies the despatch.
Payments are recorded against the specific invoice they settle, in the office or from the field.
Invoices, credit notes and receipts for the chosen period are prepared for export.
The Tally and accounting export module produces the file for your accountant to bring into the books.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation views use the same underlying documents.
Ageing, payment reminders and collections continue in the platform, where the customer record lives.
Workflow: Invoices raised through the month are exported for the period instead of being entered a second time from printouts.
Result: Evenings at the end of the month look like ordinary evenings.
Workflow: A cheque collected during a visit is recorded against the invoice on the spot and moves with the period's data.
Result: Outstanding reflects money actually received, not money reported.
Workflow: GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation reads the same invoices, credit notes and e-invoice records the operation created.
Result: Reconciliation between two systems disappears from the filing routine.
Workflow: The accountant asks about a document and the operations team opens it with its order, challan, serial numbers and payment history attached.
Result: The answer takes a minute rather than an afternoon.
High invoice volume and an external CA.
Many small service invoices raised from job cards.
Where the owner personally checks the month's figures.
One person doing billing, collections and coordination.
Several billing points feeding one set of books.
Problem: A distribution business run entirely on WhatsApp and Excel.
Built: Field app, manager dashboard, GST billing and payment tracking.
Stack: React Native, Supabase, WordPress.
Problem: No online store or way to manage distributors.
Built: Storefront, distributor portal, quote-to-order and 253 SEO pages.

It is an export of billing and payment data from the platform into the accounting package, not a replacement for accounting and not a substitute for your accountant's review. The exact format and frequency are agreed during setup.
No. That is the point of the export. Your chartered accountant continues in the package they know, while the operation runs here and hands over the documents it produces.
Billing and payment data for the period you select, meaning the tax invoices, credit notes and receipts the platform raised. Ledgers, journals and statutory statements remain the accountant's work.
Yes. E-invoice with IRN and QR and e-way bill generation are part of the billing suite. See e-invoice software and e-way bills.
There is a GST returns preparation view for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B built from the same documents. Filing and the treatment of any particular transaction remain matters for your accountant.
Purchase orders, goods receipt and the payables ledger sit in the procurement suite, so purchases are recorded against stock as well. See purchase orders and GRN.
