Aura Business runs a dealer that represents several brands: which products you are authorised to sell, each principal's price list, a portal where your sub-dealers order and pay by UTR, and an order tracking page that stops the status calls.

Medical equipment dealer management software runs the two-sided business a dealer actually has: principals above, who authorise you for certain brands and territories and send price lists, and customers below, who may be hospitals buying directly or sub-dealers ordering in bulk. Aura Business handles both sides with brand and authorisation records, supplier price lists, a distributor order portal, UTR-based payment confirmation and an order tracking page.
A dealer carrying four brands has four price lists, four warranty policies, four sets of authorisation letters and four purchase relationships, and one sales team quoting across all of them. The point of the software is that the sales team, the tender desk and the accounts team all work from the same brand-aware catalogue.
The dealership grew brand by brand. The tools stayed as one spreadsheet per brand and a WhatsApp group per sub-dealer.
A rep quotes a brand in a district you are not authorised for, and the principal finds out from the hospital.
The principal revised prices in April; the quote in June still uses the old list and the margin vanishes.
Orders arrive as photos of handwritten lists, and someone keys them into an invoice.
Bank transfers arrive with UTR numbers, and accounts spends the morning matching them to orders.
Sub-dealers ring to ask whether the order has been dispatched, because there is nowhere to look.
Stock is ordered from the principal by gut feel, because sales orders and purchase orders live apart.
Brands, product lines and territories you hold are recorded with the authorisation documents.
Each principal's price list is loaded as a supplier price list and drives your catalogue cost.
Direct quotes to hospitals, or sub-dealers order on the portal at their agreed prices.
The sub-dealer uploads the UTR; the payment is confirmed against the order.
Purchase orders to the principal, GRN into stock, dispatch with invoice and e-way bill.
The order tracking page shows each stage to the customer; the owner sees it all on the dashboard.
Workflow: The principal's new price list is loaded as the supplier price list; quotes from that afternoon use the new cost and the margin rule.
Result: No quote goes out on last quarter's prices.
Workflow: The sub-dealer places an order on the portal from the list authorised for them, uploads the UTR the next morning, and the order moves to fulfilment.
Result: No phone call, no re-keying, no unmatched payment.
Workflow: A rep checks the brand record before quoting a district and sees the authorisation ends at the state border.
Result: No quote where you cannot supply.
Workflow: P&L by product line shows one brand carries the volume while another carries the margin.
Result: The next principal negotiation is based on numbers.

Yes. Each distributor or sub-dealer account has its own agreed prices and the products it is authorised to buy, so the portal shows them only what applies to them.
The sub-dealer pays by bank transfer and enters the UTR reference against the order in the portal. Your accounts team confirms it against the bank credit and the order moves to fulfilment, with the receipt recorded against the account.
Access is role-based, so you decide. Some dealers share nothing; others give a principal's regional manager a read-only view of installed base or sell-through for their brand. This is agreed at setup.
Yes. Multi-warehouse inventory, serial-level stock and brand records mean you can see what you hold of each principal's products at each location. See inventory software.
Yes. Medline Robotics in Chennai runs a distributor portal with distributor ordering, quotations and UTR payment verification built by Elevate Aura. See the case study.
Hospitals use the customer self-service portal, which shows their own orders, invoices, equipment and service tickets, while sub-dealers use the distributor order portal. Both share the branded login and docs vault. See distributor portal development.
