B2B buying in healthcare runs on account pricing, credit limits, repeat bulk orders and approval chains. We build the platform that carries all four, and connect it to Aura Business so an online order becomes a sales order, an invoice and a stock movement.
A healthcare B2B e-commerce platform lets hospitals, dealers and clinics buy from you on the terms they already have. Each account logs in to its own price tier, sees its credit limit and outstanding balance, reorders from past orders in bulk, and either pays on the platform or places the order against credit for settlement later.
The difference from a retail store is what happens behind the order. New buyers are onboarded as accounts with documents, GST details and an approved tier rather than signing up in a second. Orders do not sit in an inbox: they become sales orders, GST invoices and stock movements in Aura Business, so the warehouse and accounts work from the same record as the buyer.
It is built on Next.js and Supabase. The Medline Robotics storefront and distributor portal, with quotations, distributor ordering and UTR payment verification, is the shipped example of this pattern.
Consumer e-commerce assumes one price, immediate payment and an anonymous customer. Healthcare B2B assumes none of those.
A government hospital on rate contract, a dealer on slab pricing and a small clinic cannot all see the same figure.
Buyers order against agreed terms. A platform that demands payment at checkout simply pushes them back to the phone.
A dealer account carries pricing you do not want public, so onboarding has to be an approval, not a sign-up form.
A monthly consumables order of sixty lines cannot be built by clicking Add to cart sixty times.
Someone retypes the order into billing, stock is adjusted late, and the buyer is told a different delivery date.
A prospective dealer or hospital submits GST details, address and documents through the onboarding form.
Your team verifies the documents, approves the account and assigns its price tier and credit limit.
The buyer orders at their own prices, by search, by past order or by uploading a line list for bulk.
The platform shows the credit limit and outstanding balance, and flags an order that would exceed it for approval.
The order becomes a sales order, a GST invoice and a delivery challan, and stock moves against it.
Payment by transfer with a UTR submitted and verified, or against credit with the ageing tracked in receivables.
Workflow: A hospital stores officer opens last month's order, adjusts six quantities and submits it against the hospital's credit account.
Result: Sixty lines ordered in a minute, priced correctly, straight into the warehouse queue.
Workflow: A dealer places an order that would cross the credit limit; the platform flags it and routes it to your sales manager to approve or hold.
Result: The exposure decision is made before dispatch rather than at month end.
Workflow: A dealer applies with GST and address documents, is verified and approved, and is placed on the standard dealer tier.
Result: Pricing is never exposed to an unverified account.

The storefront page covers selling a catalogue with quote-to-order and payment verification. This page covers the account layer on top: tiered pricing, credit limits, onboarding and bulk ordering for buyers who purchase every month on terms.
Yes. Each account carries a credit limit and terms. The platform shows the outstanding balance, allows the order within the limit, and flags anything beyond it for your approval. Ageing is tracked in receivables.
When the platform is connected to Aura Business, the fulfilled order creates the stock movement, so the warehouse ledger and the site read the same quantities rather than two separate counts.
Yes. A public application collects GST details, address and documents. Your team verifies and approves, then assigns the price tier, credit limit and territory before the account can see pricing.
Quotations sit alongside ordering. Capital equipment and negotiated lines go through the GST quotation flow and convert to an order, while consumables and spares are ordered directly at tier price.
Live in 30 working days where scope allows. Catalogue, accounts, tier pricing and ordering are the core. Credit checks, onboarding approval and Aura Business integration are scoped with you before work begins.
Tell us what you sell and who buys it. We will scope the build, the catalogue structure and the pages worth ranking.
