Elevate Aura builds the telemetry pipeline between your devices and your cloud: the firmware side that buffers and sends, the ingestion and storage on Supabase or Azure, alerts on the conditions you define, and a fleet view that shows which devices are healthy, silent or faulting.
Device-to-cloud telemetry software carries readings, logs and status from a device in the field to a cloud database, and then to a screen where someone can act on them. Elevate Aura builds that path end to end: the sending side in the device firmware, the receiving side on Supabase or Azure, and the monitoring view on top.
The pipeline is designed around what the device produces: a reading every few seconds, a log line on each event, a heartbeat when idle. Readings are buffered on the device when the link is down and sent when it returns, so the record in the cloud is complete. Alerts fire on the conditions you define, and a fleet view shows every device's last contact, state and recent faults.
Without telemetry, the first sign of a fault is a phone call, and the only diagnostic is a site visit.
A device stops working and nobody knows until the customer notices, which can be days.
Connections drop, the readings during the gap are gone, and the trend chart is full of holes.
The fault log exists on the controller, and reading it means plugging in a cable on site.
Each device is checked one by one, so the question of how many are healthy has no answer.
What is sent, how often, and what counts as an alert.
Firmware buffers readings and sends over the available link.
Pipeline on Supabase or Azure receives, validates and stores.
Thresholds checked, device state updated, alerts raised.
Fleet dashboard and per-device history; alerts to WhatsApp or email.
Pipeline in your cloud account, documented, owned by you.
Workflow: The heartbeat stops; silence detection raises an alert after the interval you set, naming the device and site.
Result: The service desk calls the customer before the customer calls them.
Workflow: The device's recent logs and readings are opened in the fleet view and read alongside the fault code.
Result: The engineer arrives with the right part, or does not need to go.
Workflow: Readings from every device of one model are compared, and a drift shows up in one batch.
Result: The issue is handled before it becomes a recall.

A pipeline that works past the first ten devices.
Supabase or Azure, in an account that belongs to you. We build the ingestion, storage, processing and alerts there and hand over the configuration and code, so you are not tied to a vendor platform or to us.
Over whatever link the hardware has: Wi-Fi straight to the pipeline, BLE through a companion phone app, or serial, Modbus or CAN through a gateway. The firmware side buffers and sends; we write it if you do not already have it.
Readings are buffered on the device and sent when the link returns, with timestamps preserved, so the cloud record has no gap. If a device stays silent past an interval you set, an alert is raised.
Thresholds on any reading, fault codes from the device, and silence detection when a device stops reporting. Alerts are delivered to WhatsApp or email and can be acknowledged and cleared in the fleet view. The exact rules are defined with you during scoping.
Yes. A fleet view shows last contact, state and recent faults per device, with per-device history and logs. A fuller monitoring dashboard with user roles is covered under device dashboard development.
No. Elevate Aura is software-only. The device, its radio or network module and the SIM or network connection are your hardware team's. We write the software on both ends of the link. See IoT product development.
We will design the pipeline from device to fleet view, scope the software side and hand it over in your own cloud account.
