Elevate Aura writes the software that reads your sensors and drives your actuators: the drivers, the sampling and filtering, the calibration handling, and the path that carries a reading from the sensor through the controller to an app or a cloud dashboard.
Sensor integration software is the layer between a component on your board and a number your product can rely on. Elevate Aura writes the drivers that talk to each sensor, the sampling that decides when readings are taken, the filtering that removes what is not signal, and the logic that acts on the result by driving an actuator or raising a fault.
Calibration is treated as part of the software rather than a note in a spreadsheet. Offsets and scaling factors are stored on the device, applied on every reading, versioned so you know which values a unit is using, and updatable during production or service without a rebuild of the firmware.
The same engagement carries the reading onward: buffered locally, sent over BLE, Wi-Fi, serial, Modbus or CAN, and landed in a pipeline or a dashboard. The sensors themselves, their placement, the board and any hardware certification are your team's work. This is a software-only engagement.
Most readings that look wrong are not a component fault. They are a software decision that was never made deliberately.
Readings are taken between other work, so the interval drifts whenever the device is busy.
Offsets live outside the device, and nobody can say which values a particular unit was given.
Either every bit of noise reaches the logic, or the smoothing hides the event you needed to see.
A disconnected part is treated as a genuine measurement and the device acts on it.
Sensors, actuators, controller, required accuracy and what the device does with each reading.
Each part brought up from its datasheet on your board, with error paths.
Timed acquisition on interrupts or a scheduler rather than loop delays.
Offsets and scaling stored on the device, filtering chosen for the signal.
Actuator control, thresholds and faults, then buffering and transport onward.
Source, calibration procedure and test notes from your hardware, owned by you.
Workflow: Readings arrive on a fixed interval, are filtered for the signal and drive the actuator with defined limits and a safe state.
Result: Control behaviour that is the same on every unit.
Workflow: A calibration mode writes offsets and scaling to the device, and the values are recorded against the serial number.
Result: Production calibration without a firmware rebuild per unit.
Workflow: Implausible and disconnected readings are flagged rather than forwarded, and the fault is shown as a fault.
Result: Nobody makes a decision on a number the device did not believe.

No. Sensor selection, placement, analogue front end and board design are your hardware team's work. We write the software for the parts you have chosen, and we will tell you plainly if a part's timing or interface makes the software requirement difficult.
Offsets and scaling factors are stored on the device and applied to every reading, with a calibration mode that lets production or service write new values without rebuilding the firmware. Values are versioned so you know what each unit is using.
The driver checks range and plausibility and detects a disconnected part rather than passing a zero along as a measurement. The device moves to a defined safe state, records the fault and reports it, rather than acting on a reading it cannot trust.
Yes. Readings are buffered locally and sent over BLE, Wi-Fi, serial, Modbus or CAN into a pipeline on Supabase or Azure. See device-to-cloud telemetry software.
No. Elevate Aura is software-only: no PCB design, no manufacturing or sourcing, no mechanical or enclosure work and no hardware regulatory certification. We deliver firmware with documentation your team can use in its own submissions.
Send the sensor list, the controller and what has to happen when a reading crosses a line. We will scope the driver, sampling and calibration work and the path the data takes afterwards.
