We build healthcare mobile apps for Android and iOS around the way care and supply actually run in India: appointments, queues, reports, field visits and service calls. React Native or Flutter, a Supabase or Azure backend, and store publishing included.
Healthcare mobile app development is the design, build and release of an Android and iOS app that carries a clinical or operational workflow: a patient booking and paying, a nurse recording vitals, a phlebotomist collecting samples on a route, an engineer closing a service call. Elevate Aura builds these apps in React Native or Flutter with a Supabase or Azure backend.
The difference from a generic app build is the starting point. We begin with the workflow as it runs today, on paper, WhatsApp and Excel, and design the screens to remove steps from it. GPS, offline mode, photo proof and WhatsApp messaging are included where the workflow needs them, not sold as add-ons.
The app is published to Google Play and the App Store as part of the delivery, and the person who built it remains the person who supports it.
Not because the code was bad, but because the app asked staff and patients to work in a way they never did.
The brief said appointments, reports and chat. Nobody asked how the front desk actually handles a walk-in when the doctor is running late.
Basements, wards and rural roads have poor connectivity. An app that needs a live connection for every tap is put down by the second day.
The app has its own database, so reports, bills and appointments drift away from what the hospital system says.
Patients in India live on WhatsApp. An app that only sends push notifications talks to itself.
Developer accounts, listings, screenshots and review rejections are left to the customer, and the app stays an APK on a shared drive.
The agency team that built it has moved to the next project. The fix for a broken login waits in a ticket queue.
We walk the current process with the people who do it, in person in Chennai or on a call.
Supabase or Azure: authentication, Postgres, storage, realtime, and connections to HIMS, AuraPACS or Aura Business.
Patient, doctor, nurse, technician or engineer each get only the screens their job needs.
Local storage and sync, location capture, photos and signatures wherever the workflow needs evidence.
Builds go to your team early, on the phones they actually use.
Store listings, release, and support from the builder on WhatsApp.
Workflow: A diagnostic centre's phlebotomist sees the day's pickups on a map, checks in at each home with GPS, scans the sample barcode and marks it collected.
Result: The lab knows what is arriving before the bike does, and the patient gets a WhatsApp update.
Workflow: A nurse records vitals against the bed on a phone; entries save locally and sync to the EMR when the ward Wi-Fi returns.
Result: No paper charts retyped at the station at the end of the shift.
Workflow: An engineer opens the assigned call, completes the job card, records spares used and captures the biomedical department's signature.
Result: The call closes against the contract and stock updates without a phone call to the office.

Problem: A distribution business run entirely on WhatsApp and Excel.
Built: Field app, manager dashboard, GST billing and payment tracking.
Stack: React Native, Supabase, WordPress.
Problem: No online store or way to manage distributors.
Built: Storefront, distributor portal, quote-to-order and 253 SEO pages.
Stack: Supabase, JavaScript, Playwright.
Both are in use here. React Native was used for the Carna Medicare field app, Flutter for our own exam-prep app on Google Play. The choice depends on your existing web stack, the libraries you need and who will maintain the app later. See React Native and Flutter.
If your system exposes an API, yes. If you use HIMS or AuraPACS from Elevate Aura the app connects natively to appointments, EMR, lab results, billing and imaging. Where no API exists we discuss a practical sync on the call.
Data lives in your backend, with role-based access, authentication and an audit log. Records are structured to be ABHA and ABDM ready when built on HIMS. We do not claim regulatory certifications; we build to the workflow and the access rules you sign off.
Yes. Developer accounts, listings, screenshots, privacy declarations and the review process are handled as part of the build. Our own exam-prep app went through this process and is live on Google Play.
There is no price list because every app is scoped to its workflow. After a discovery call you receive a fixed scope with a timeline. The delivery framework is live in 30 working days where scope allows.
Yes, where offline mode is in scope. Forms, job cards and check-ins are saved on the device and synced when the connection returns, with conflicts resolved on the server side.
Tell us the workflow it has to support. We will scope the app, the backend it talks to and the timeline.
