AuraPACS is a hybrid PACS from a Chennai software studio. For a UAE clinic or imaging centre, your IT installs the on-premise node with remote guidance, your modalities send to it, and the cloud layer adds remote reading and encrypted backup. Support is on WhatsApp in English, with a working-hours overlap between the Gulf and India.
AuraPACS is a hybrid PACS: an on-premise node on your clinic's network that receives, stores and serves studies, plus a cloud layer for remote reading and encrypted offsite backup. For the UAE it is deployed remotely. Your IT person installs the node with guidance from Elevate Aura, your CT, MR, X-ray or ultrasound is pointed at it, and reading happens in a browser.
Elevate Aura is a founder-led studio in Chennai, India. There is no UAE office, and this page does not claim one. What it offers is a product that runs on your own hardware, a builder you talk to directly on WhatsApp in English, and a time-zone overlap that makes same-day support practical.
Nothing on this page requires anyone to fly. It does require one capable IT person at your end.
AuraPACS installs on a Windows machine on your network. Your IT person runs the installer, sets a static IP, opens the DICOM port and gives each modality the node's address and AE title, guided step by step over WhatsApp and screen share. A test send from each machine confirms studies land and open in the browser. See DICOM server software for what is configured.
Once the node is live, an encrypted copy of each study syncs to the cloud layer. That is what enables a radiologist to read from home or a second site in a browser, and what produces the secure links you can send to referrers and patients.
Support is on WhatsApp in English from the person who built the product. The UAE is a short offset from India, so a question sent during your working day is answered during ours.
Emirates in the UAE operate health-information exchange programmes, and licensed facilities may have obligations about connecting to them and about where patient data is stored. AuraPACS keeps images on your own node by default, with an encrypted offsite copy. Before deployment, confirm your integration, data-residency and health-record obligations with your licensing authority and advisers, and raise them on the scoping call so the deployment is planned around them.
Billing in AuraPACS is built for Indian GST. For a UAE centre, invoicing is configurable and the requirements are confirmed on a call rather than assumed.
Workflow: The node is installed by the clinic's IT in an afternoon; both units send to it; doctors open images in the consulting rooms.
Result: Filmless viewing without a server room or a site visit.
Workflow: Studies sync to the cloud layer; the radiologist reads from home in a browser and signs reports on the study.
Result: Reporting continues on days the radiologist is not on site.
Workflow: The team opens the live demo in a browser and runs the 200 KB Windows demo installer against sample studies.
Result: A decision made on the working product.
Workflow: Integration and residency requirements are raised on the scoping call and confirmed with advisers before the node is installed.
Result: No surprises after go-live.

On the on-premise node in your clinic by default, with an encrypted offsite copy through the cloud layer. Confirm your data-residency obligations with your advisers before deployment and raise them on the scoping call.
Exchange programmes and their requirements vary by emirate and facility licence. Confirm what applies to you with your licensing authority, and bring it to the scoping call so the deployment can be planned around it. Nothing on this page should be read as a claim of a specific integration.
Install the node on a Windows machine, set a static IP, open the DICOM port and enter the node's address and AE title on each modality. Each step is guided remotely. See on-premise PACS.
Yes. Synced studies open in a browser for authorised users, with role-based access and every view audited. See remote reading software.
AuraPACS stores, displays and shares imaging; the read is by your radiologist. Regulatory classification of imaging software differs by country, so confirm the position in the UAE with your advisers.
